The inception of Facet came about as many things do: Arlene Sova, President and Founder of the company, had a serious accident as a child. This left her with a wound that has since been vulnerable to the slightest contact. In trying to find stronger products that could help protect this wound, her plastic surgeon gave her a vial of Emu Oil; the wound healed faster than any application in 50 years.

Immediately, Sova began researching Emu Oil. What she discovered she wanted to share with the world!
